Clare Cox is a leading talent strategist and executive coach with over 30 years of experience partnering with organizations in their efforts to engage and retain high potential, high performing people. Prior to founding Tidemark, Clare was a principal and senior consultant for a Boston-area management consulting firm where she developed a passion and commitment to the “people side of business.” Early in her career, she held several corporate training and development positions with some of the largest technology and manufacturing companies in Massachusetts. Clare is recognized and sought as a talent management expert, facilitator and speaker for her insight and perspective. She is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds numerous certifications in the use of industry-leading talent and organizational performance assessments.

Clare has served in senior leadership positions for industry and community organizations, with a special focus on the development of young professionals. She is one of 40 Boston-area women leaders to serve as a mentor to the highly acclaimed Boston Business Journal’s BizWomen program. She has served as a mentor to City Year Boston corps volunteers. Clare earned a master’s degree in education from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Massachusetts.

Bob Miller

As the firm’s co-founder and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales (retired), Bob Miller was instrumental in creating business growth opportunities and strategic alliances for expansion into new markets.

As the firm’s co-founder and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales (retired), Bob Miller was instrumental in creating business growth opportunities and strategic alliances for expansion into new markets. Bob has over 40 years of marketing and business development experience. Prior to Tidemark, Bob established a regional management consulting practice that specialized in business process improvement. He launched his corporate career in sales with Proctor & Gamble, and subsequently held executive sales management positions with Polaroid Corporation and Digital Equipment’s Corporate Training Group. Bob served on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, is a former Director of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Workforce Investment Board of the South Shore, and past member of the Governor’s Economic Roundtable in Massachusetts.
