A “High Performance Leadership in Action” leadership development program, designed and delivered by Clare Cox, was featured in the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work report.
Allen & Gerritsen, a fast-growing independent advertising agency, introduced the program to “…help [managers] find their strengths and work with them,” said CEO Andrew Graff. The program offered a blend of training and one-on-one coaching using insights from talent assessments about each individual’s unique leadership style and motivators. Participants learned the correlation between high levels of emotional intelligence (EQ) and leadership effectiveness.
Over 25 members of the agency’s management team took part in the program that included topics such as leading teams, managing up, creative problem solving and adaptive communication strategies.

Stop & Shop is a growing chain of more than 375 supermarket stores throughout New England, New York and New Jersey, including Giant Stores located in the mid-Atlantic area. Over the years, Tidemark has helped Stop & Shop launch successful management-leadership programs for executives, senior managers and supervisors, and affinity groups for associates.
We designed and facilitated an offsite retreat called the “Distribution Leadership Challenge” that helped the supply chain address a shift in the business model, increase communication and strengthen teamwork at all levels. The focus of the program was on strategic planning and the commitment it would take to implement new initiatives and process change.
