Bob Miller photoAs founder of Tidemark Corporation, Bob has been instrumental in growing and positioning the firm to become a leading provider of consulting services and solutions focused on talent management and workforce planning in the New England area.

Bob has over 30 years of marketing, sales and business development experience in industries that include consumer goods, manufacturing, transportation, technology, banking, financial services, and healthcare.  He has developed strategic alliances and partnerships for expansion into new markets, including business opportunities with not-for-profit organizations and higher education.

Prior to Tidemark, Bob established Cambridge Resource Group, a regional management consulting practice specializing in business process management and improvement, and systems integration. He is a former executive for Digital Equipment’s Corporate Training Group, where he managed a staff of 110 responsible for the global distribution of training services.  Before Digital, he was a Senior Marketing Manager for Polaroid Corporation and responsible for growing the North American specialty dealer sales business from $70 million to $250 million.  Bob launched his career at Proctor & Gamble in a number of sales and sales management positions.

Tidemark is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, where Bob served on the Board of Directors for five years.  Bob is a former Director on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Workforce Investment Board of the South Shore.  He is a past member of the Governor’s Economic Roundtable in Massachusetts.  Bob served for 15 years on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Operation A.B.L.E. of Boston, a non-profit agency and advocacy that responds to the needs of the mature worker.  Bob is a former Blue and Gold Officer for the United States Naval Academy, recruiting urban and under-served youth.  He studied business management and marketing at Boston University. His hobbies include music and photography.
